Hairstylist at LOX Salon and Spa in Lima OH Booking Policy To provide the best experience for all guests and to protect my time as a stylist, I have implemented the following booking policies: Credit Card on File A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. This helps ensure a smooth booking process and protects against late cancellations or no-shows. Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation policy fee applies. Cancellations & No-Shows Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the appointment and may require an additional deposit to rebook. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
As your stylist I value your time and strive to provide the best service and experience possible while you are in my chair. In order to maintain a smooth schedule and best accommodate all of my clients, I ask that you please respect my time as well by following my cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you give me at least 24-48 hours' notice. This allows the time to offer the spot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations:
If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file or added to your next visit.
3. No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. I understand that emergencies happen, but please call or message me if you are unable to attend.
4. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that if I am not able to accommodate your late arrival, a service fee will still apply. I want to ensure that each client receives the full attention they deserve.
5. Emergency Situations:
I understand that emergencies can happen and I will always try my best to accommodate you. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
6. Rebooking Policy:
Clients who cancel or no-show for more than one appointment may be required to prepay for future services or deposits for rebooking.
